Dr. I have fever last 6-7 days then I done my blood test then it seems my WBC count is increased.Total WBC Count is 20000 then doctor suggested me to take antibiotics dose for three days through l.v then I complete this follow up then I check my blood WBC count is 12500 Now what should I have to do and I have sore throat too feels coungh are stuck in my throat it feels like .so from which infection I suffered
