I have large intestine small ulcer n GERD problem n stone problem. My height is 178cm n weight is 72kg. Am just starts gym workout 1 month back my question is that 1 can I take any protein powder like whey or onn costly one which gives benefits to my body not to harm for my health issue like stomach ulcer n kidney stone problem??or which protein is best as per u to built muscle n increase body strength n avoid weakness??? 2 how to cure stomach ulcer by home remedies n do n don't for ulcer?? Thx Sir / madam
