About diagnostic laproscopy
I was diagnosed with hydrosalphynix in both tubes in 2019 through diagnostic laproscopy,later i tried IVF but two cycles also failed,but other condition of uterus,etc is normal,thyroid is normal,later in 2021 did HSG it showed both the tubes are normal,now i did IUI first cycle is failed
Should I try IUI or repeat diagnostic laproscopy and go for IVF
