I underwent laproscopy in November 2019. After that i started trying naturally but still not able to conceive. Do fallopian tubes have a chance of getting blocked again after blockage removal

For 6 months after laparoscopic please try ovulation Induction drugs with IUI for 3-6 cycles
Continue Folic acid
Take Tablet Letrozole 5 mg at bedtime for 5 days from day 2-6 of cycle

Avoid papaya and pineapple
Drink plenty of water and fruits juice
Have Marital relationship on Fertile period on alternate dayfrom day 10-20

Join with 2 pillows bellow your buttocks and don’t get up for 8 hours after intercourses to prevent sperm trickledown
Use washroom before joining
Fallopian tubes can get blocked anytime if u get any infection or tuberculosis
If u have undergone laparoscopy it doesn't protect u from any infection in future life
So yes tubes can get blocked
