About conception
I m trying for natural conception since one year but bot happen.
I have also regular cycle.
Can i use shivlingi beej?
But my periods are heavy flow.

Conception is not related to your hormonal issue , it’s more subconsciously so first you need to clear your mind - do meditation, health diet , physical exercises, right time of sleeping and consultation properly
