Please break your meals into smaller portions and a frequent meal rather than focusing on the 3 major meals.

please minimise your oil/butter/ghee intake to 2-3 teaspoons per day. emphasise more on eating vegetables. use toned milk/ curd make a habit of drinking hot green tea 40-45 mins after lunch and dinner. try to indulge in some or the other form of physical activity like walking,on the spot jogging, breathing exercises etc to cut down on the calories consumed.
