Body growth and fitness
I am 23 year old and height is 5.7.i don't have enough body,stamina and fitness according to my height.Suggest me the diet,exercises and anything else that i need yo follow up for gaining a good body growth along with fitness

Hi protein rich food like soya , cereals , pulses , egg , meat would build up muscle mass . and regular exercise would keep you fit . not to go for oily cheesy junk foods aas it results in unhealthy weight gain.
