Yes best is substitute is millets as ur staple food for rice wheat. Maltdrink,rotis idli,dosa,upma,pulao,bisibelebath,vaangibath,khicdi are some recipe of millets. Milk,buttermilk,curds,ghee,cheese,are also good. Plenty of vegetables,sprouts,fruits,dryfruits all support ur deficiencies and help improve healthy weight .
