Please consult a Gynaecologist in your area for further management. An MTP should be procured only under the supervision of a Gynaecologist so that someone can look after you if the things go haywire.

You have to check for pregnancy first. If it is positive then USG has to be done and only after that pills for abortion can be given but only under supervision

Abortion is a legal process and online prescription for abortion is illegal and not available
in case you are positive for pregnancy you cannot be helped online
you will have to meet a doctor in person get an ultrasound done and then proceed under her supervision
