Period delay after abortion
My friend had an abortion in November 2025. She had two-pills under medical supervision on 11th and 13th November. She had a checkup on 27th November and the doctor said everything is good. Her normal menstrual cycle is 34-36 days before she had abortion. Now, it has been 65days and she hasn't had her periods. Since last 1.5 (approx 2 weeks) weeks she is experiencing lower back pain, which basically is too much early morning or night, otherwise it is fine (very low pain). Is it concerning or period delay after first abortion is fine? (The abortion was done in 5-6 weeks of pregnancy). She did a pregnancy test 2-2.5 weeks ago using clearblue, the result was negative.
