Hello, I am having teeth in upper jaw just like vampire..sorry I didn't got right term to explain it.But I seriously wanna cure it and have normal and healthy teeth ...I wanted to know exactly whom or which type of doctor I have to consult and what is the total cost if I have to cure both of the teeth...

Basically your complaint about buccally placed canine. Your case deal by an orthodontist. In this condition, putting braces for correction of malocclusion. Hmm...It might be blocked out canine teeth in maxilla i.e upper jaw.. Get an Orthodontist consultation.
