A pet dog from my neighbour by mistake jumped over me , though i was wearing jeans and socks . After 1 days i noticed a little skin pull out , so i pulled it whole and more skin pull out and make it bigger. I asked ER in a hospital should i take rabies they said no. Kindly give your advice
