Since the scratch is superficial, bloodless and barely visible, the risk of rabies transmission is extremely low. However, rabies is fatal once it develops, so any contact with a potentially unvaccinated cat should be taken seriously.
Please visit a nearby doctor immediately for proper examination and to decide if anti-rabies vaccine (and tetanus if due) is needed.
