A nerve is a wrecked somewhere in my leg causing pain a little pain in left testis while moving sometimes. this goes off and on time to time but it's still there even after 3-4 days.

Hi.. I recommend you to consult a neurologist to get B12 suplements.. it could be a mild cramp of muscles as well... He can clinically judge and provide with accurate solution.
