Most likely it's just a simple infection. The chances of it being cancer are almost zero.
Only in people who practice anal sex there is likely hood of cancer.

A mole has to be observed for any change in size, shape, colour etc. If you notice any change then better to get consulted. Best way to rule out cancer is to remove it surgically if any change noticed.
