My child started of with cold last sunday and Monday he had an oral temp of 100.4. I put him on  paracetamol 500 and azee 300 once a day for 5 days as prescribed by doctor...and the temp never exceeded 99.4...that too once in a day..the fever was never repetitive..but still I find a temp an oral of 99 to 99.2 once a day..which never exceeds throughout the day..he still has cold and a little puffiness near eyes... everything else is completely normal..he is super active and is taking food quite well..he suffered covid on may 6th 2021..is there anything to be worried about?

Oral temperature is no longer recommended and it is always higher than axillary temp. If child is active feeling well and eating well don't worry at all. Make sure child is getting adequate sleep .
Next Steps
puffiness should subside , but in case it increases , esp decreased urine output or palpitations, do consult a doctor.
Health Tips
don't worry it seems child is okay.
