Fever and cold
Doctor, My daughter 5years old suffering from fever and cold. Started by Monday at98° four days gone today 5th day Friday fever increased 100° two p250 4ml dosage done till now again temperature is showing as 101.5°. Do we can take meftal 4ml or p250 have to give. Please suggest us. Thanks

Fever is already since 5 days and it's rising trend. Clinical examination and Blood test needs to be done and accordingly medication can be planned. Dose depends on the weight of the child ( so please provide the weight). If you have already given pcm (p250) don't repeat meftal immediately. Keep 4 hours gap between subsequent doses.

You can give syrup meftal every 6 hourly.in between you can give sponging
