8 days late period
My periods are 8 days late I took a pregnancy test on 36th day of the cycle but results are negative. At the same time I m feeling severe back pain and cramps but periods are not arriving. Am i pregnant? What should I do to induce periods as I have already done everything that a person can do at home like eat jaggery drink pineapple juice but nothing has helped me.. Kindly tell me what to do?

If the pregnancy test is Negative Ur not pregnant Other reasons fr the delay needs to be investigated n treated Fr a prescription to help u get ur periods u need to connect online Nothing that u eat or drink will help U need medicine
