6weeks 2 days no gestational sac
I am 6weeks 2 days pregnant and BHCG is 3767 still no gestational sac visible as per yesterday scan but there no sac but a small dot in uterus

Pelvic  USG TVS should be done to rule out ectopic pregnancy.If ectopic pregnancy is ruled out then progesterone support should be given and repeat USG after two weeks.

Please get a trans vaginal ultrasound after one week. Be aware of any sudden bleeding or abdominal pain for ectopic pregnancy

You should be careful. It could be some abnormality of the embryo which is not letting it develop normally. Please get another scan done after two weeks.

At bhcg More than 1000; Transvaginal scan should be able to localise a pregnancy Repeat bhcg in 48 hours to look for doubling It could be a case of an ectopic pregnancy
