6 weeks pregnancy and constipation
I am 6 weeks pregnant and I have really bad constipation..for the first time I had to put quiet a lot of pressure...is it ok...I am scared...I hope it doesn't lead to miscarriage....can u pls help me with such situation as I can't put pressure always.

Constipation wont lead to miscarriage Dont be scared Have plenty of fluids high fibre diet

Avoid  pressure. Eat Fibre rich diet Plenty of water Safe laxative  can be taken to releive constipation. Consult for prescription please.
