6 month baby food chart
My son is 6 month, i have started semi solid food like dal and rice with sweet potato smashed. wanted to know in vegetables can i give bottle guard, pumpkin, papaya, carrot? also wanted to know can i give smashed marie biscuit, suji or oats?

Yes you can give. Add one item at a time, add the next after 3 to 5 days. All mashed, gruel form

Biscuits can be avoided. Give sprouted grains and pulses, kheer, nuts and dry fruits all powdered, ghee, jaggery, fruits
