Baby not eating food

Asked for Female, 2 Years

Dear Doctor, My Baby Girl have 10 Kg weight and her age is 2 year 4 month. She is not eating food at all and i am struggling a lot to get her eat food. Have tried to give Bonnison and Neo peptine. It has worked little. Please advise any medicine which is safe for my baby and she can feel hungry. I am trying to give her food mostly in semi liquid and liquid food forcefully. Kindly advise.

Weight looks good. Avoid force feed.child tend to eat seeing parents doing that.give milk 2 times daily,offer food along with family members,have patience.
