I have regular period last time i got period on October 30th then we were in contact so i have done urine test at home on November 30th but it was negative after one week again it was negative and not got period so today is my 50th day today i got pregnancy positive is it possible that I am pregnant...?

If the test is positive for pregnancy then you are pregnant. For confirmation you can get beta hcg test done

You are pregnant. But for confirming that the pregnancy is healthy, you can do a bhcg blood test and repeat after 48 hours. This is to be certain.
