Foot pain has many causes from bones , ligaments, muscles and nerves. Ideally you should be seen clinically by an orthopedic surgeon . Vitamin d deficiency doesn't cause foot pain in particular. Since you have defeciency of vitamin d ,start taking vitamin d 60000 iu weekly for atleast 10 weeks

Kindly get an x-ray of your left foot, if there are no apparent fractures and if you have a recent history of fall or vigorousexercise, it might be a ligament tear. For your low vit d3 levels take Cap vit D3 60k IU, weekly once for 4 weeks, in the afternoon, after food
