Sufficiency: Levels typically considered sufficient are generally 30-100 ng/mL. Toxicity: Vitamin D toxicity is a rare condition that usually occurs with excessively high levels, typically above 150 ng/mL (375 nmol/L), and is often linked to the prolonged intake of very high-dose supplements. Based on the more widely accepted "sufficiency" range provided in the "Comments" section (30-100 ng/mL), your Vitamin D level of 64.20 ng/mL is considered well within the sufficient range, and not indicative of toxicity.
