Vitamin D deficiency
Hi, My Vitamin D level is 10 ng/ml and my doctor has advised a daily dose of supplement containing 1000 IU of Vitamin D. Is it sufficient to reach the normal level and how much time will it take to normalize with the same?

I would prefer adding a D3 60k tablet once a week. Let's see after 1 month again and then change it if necessary
