First of all if you have already checked with a neurologist and after checking if he said the examination was normal that's a very reassuring thing. At the beginning kids are moody be it with any habit, eating, walking, fine motor skills, speech etc.. it's just that you train those skills in a productive way. Instead of offering biscuits and all give "bribes" which are more productive like some nutritious food for walking, some toy which is audio visually stimulating or talk her out to walk and come to you things like that.
Greetings
walking with an incentive or cruising furniture is considered completely typical. Since a medical expert has already verified that her muscle tone and physical strength are normal, this intermittent walking resembles a phase of normal developmental variation rather than a clinical delay. Other distinct possibilities for her behavior include a temporary lack of physical confidence due to a fear of falling, a normal preference for highly efficient crawling, or a temporary cognitive focus on her advanced speech skills.
To gently build her independent confidence, three effective strategy options include:
Transitioning away from high-value food bribes and instead encouraging brief steps between two caregivers sitting close together on the floor.
Maximizing barefoot floor time on non-slip surfaces to strengthen foot grip and promote spatial balance.
Setting up safe, low obstacle courses with couch cushions to build core stability through supervised climbing and crawling.
