16 days post IUI
I was on Letrozole from D2 of my cycle till 5 days and then was given HCG 10000 trigger shot on 6th Jan 2022 which was D14 of my cycle. On 8th January, I had my IUI treatment done. My period was due on 22nd January but on checking via UPT on 24th January, it shows negative. Also I ws prescribed Susten 400mg twice a day + Ecosprin 5mg + Duphaston 10mg. So I am not sure why my test is negative - does that mean I am not pregnant or should I wait for few more days?

You should wait for a few more days, in fact till your period is due.

you should wait for atleast one week after missing your period date.... IUI is not 100% successful everytime.... but remain positive and stressfree and repeat your test aonce again after 3-4 days....

U are on medication thats why u didn't get periods on 22nd..u may leave medicines now and wait for ur periods..upt is nega tive so most probably u are not pregnant..still after leaving medication if u don't get periods (atleast wait for 7 days after leaving medication) then repeat UPT
