Letrozole and iui
I was on letrozole and I was given the trigger shot when my dominant follicle was 25.4mm . Are there any chances of pregnancy? Is the the egg size ok for pregnancy?

Please have patience. There are chances of pregnancy in each cycle but only 20% conceive in each cycle. There is no way to predict this.

Usually the trigger shot is best given when follicle size is around 18 to 20 mm.. Sometimes the follicle of 25 mm may not rupture and become a cyst… Follow up to see the follicle has ruptured on scan. If it has ruptured and you have has timed intercourse or IUI then there is a good chance of pregnancy
