I recently done a blood sugar fasting test and the sugar level was 138. My weight is 107kg. Is there any way to control it. I dont want to start medicine as i am in early age. Do weight loss cure diabities in this stage..

As you are young and overweight  ,ur fasting blood sugar is high  ,so do ur postprandial also and Hba1c and start diet and exercise to loose wt ,consult after u do these tests  I can advise you then
