"Shiny, Rough Foreskin Skin With Mild It
Issue Location: Penis foreskin and surrounding skin Initial Symptom Onset: Mid-June 2025 Initial Symptoms: 1)White/red patches on foreskin 2) No pain, no burning 3) Mild occasional itching (especially near pubic area) TREATMENT HISTORY: Started using Elovera cream (Aloe vera-based moisturizer) from 18 June 2025 Started using Clotrimazole 1% antifungal powder (Cipla) on 27 June 2025 Used both for ~10–14 days PROGRESS: Patches mostly faded by early July Area became shiny, slightly rough, with occasional skin peeling during bathing and wrinkly Itching was mild and not constant, worsened slightly during powder use No significant inflammation, redness, or swelling RECENT OBSERVATIONS: Skin appears smooth and shiny, sometimes wrinkled Peeling occurs when rubbing during bath No active white/red patches now, but skin texture remains uneven powder stopped around 10 July 2025 Mild sensations resumed when cream re-applied And using cream at night only after bathing
