Shiny rash on penis head
Last month I got shiny rash on penis head it gone on its own but penis head was red and penis ring was pink colour with papules and foreskin was sticky and white colour also found inside foreskin, daily I washed with soap my pennis head skin become erosive and start peeling I put coconut oil every time tip of penis skin also peel but I don't have any itch any pain any lesion sore also
