I don't know how many hours back you were bitten by the rat but you have posted the question 10 minutes ago.
Please consult a General Physician in your area for a physical examination. The wound will have to be cleaned and dressed, some antibiotics given and Inj Tetvac given.
Follow up treatment will be required.
