Sai Ortho Hospital, T Nagar

I am Mrs. Kamala Anbarasan(Age 56). I met with an accident in mid April 2023, and was treated at Sai Ortho Care hospital, T.Nagar. This is my feedback regarding their really great service and care towards patients. 

I sustained an injury to my left ankle (fracture, dislocation, and ligament tear) on Apr 10, 2023 in a scooter accident. A friend who's been treated at the same hospital referred me. At around 8pm I visited the hospital where the duty Doctor Dr. Shanmugapriyan attended on me with great care. On the basis of x-ray etc, he told me that I would need a surgery, and that the surgeon would visit the next day. I was quite impressed with the sincerity of the duty doctor, who explained the course of treatment in detail.

On the next day (11th April, 2023), the surgeon Dr. S. Srinivasan examined me, and explained patiently about the surgery to be done with a metal implant. The doctor recommended a titanium implant, after taking into account my age, and I decided to go with it. He gave me a very positive feeling, and I was impressed with the way he made me feel absolutely comfortable. He answered all my questions and left me with no doubts or hesitation.

I had my surgery later on the 11th April 2023, they kept me in observation, and I was discharged on the 13th April. I was given advice in detail about how to use a walker too. 

During each review, the physiotherapist, Ms. Shobana taught each exercise with great care, and was very supportive in my fast recovery. During the wax-therapy sessions, she took such good care of me, almost like I was a family member, and I was impressed by her sincerity. At each stage Dr. Srinivasan examined me, and explained the progress made, in a very professional, kind, and friendly manner. 

In three months time, I am almost completely  recovered. I am able to walk almost normally, as I am following medical advice. 

I would strongly commend the surgeon Dr. Srinivasan, physiotherapist Ms. Shobana, and Sai Ortho Care hospital to everyone.

I would also like to thank Ms. Beaula from the administrative department, who helped with the paperwork for the insurance claim.

I am very pleased and impressed by the care, and would like to congratulate, and thank the whole team.
