Hello Dr Rajkumar sir, I am writing to provide feedback on my recent experience as a patient at your hospital.

I had been researching doctors for my wife, who was experiencing problems - fatty liver, stomach pain, benign lesion. I found your profile after so much research and I was impressed by your experience and specialization, and I felt confident that you would be able to help her, so decided to travel from a far place to kilpauk hospital.

However, when we arrived for our appointment, we were told that you were not available and that we would be seeing one of your team doctors instead. We were disappointed, but we understood that things happen and we were willing to see the other doctor.

The appointment went well, and we were able to get the information and treatment that we needed. However, we were surprised to learn that we would have to pay for a series of tests and scans, which came to a total of 13,000 rupees.

We were also disappointed that we did not get to meet you in person. We had been looking forward to meeting you and discussing my wife's condition with you in more detail.

Overall, we were satisfied with the care that we received at your hospital. However, we believe that some changes could be made to improve the patient experience.

We would suggest that you:

* Make sure that all patients have the opportunity to meet with you, even if you are not available for their initial appointment.

The doctor was polite, kind, and did his job well, providing a thorough consultation. However, the appointment timing was problematic as the doctor arrived much later than the scheduled slot, causing a long wait, especially difficult for me as an elderly patient. I would recommend the doctor.

The doctor is very friendly and supportive. The way he treats and interacts with patients is really commendable. We are very happy with his treatment.

The doctor was not available at my scheduled appointment time. Even though I had confirmed the appointment, I had to consult another doctor instead. I found this experience very disappointing because there were no proper schedule updates.

Dr. Sundararajaperumal Anandhakrishnan was very patient and friendly. We felt he listened carefully and showed genuine concern for our treatment. Overall, we are very pleased with his care.

The doctor explained everything clearly, and the clinic visit went smoothly with good staff behavior. Although the consultation was a bit expensive, the overall experience was positive and I would recommend this doctor to others.
