Hoped for better: Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issue
The doctor is not at all polite. Patients expect some friendliness n positive vibes but this Doctor, despite his experience still doesn't respect his patients. His anger is understandable reg delay in gng for review *** **** ******* **** *** ****** ** ** ***** ** *** ******* *** not even giving ears to this 84 year old man's issues. Very disappointing!

Hi
I took my wife for acid-related problem to Dr Venkatraman and was asked to do an endoscopy the next day which was done as said by the doctor and was asked to continue the treatment for the next six months and regular check up at two months interval. Initially for the first four months the treatment was well and good and after the fourth month review the medication was changed where the problems started my wife started to feel unwell. When the problem was taken to the doctor instead of listening to our complaint Dr Venkatraman stopped us from do that and started explaining his point of view like it is the maximum medical therapy which was given to her, she has mind related problems and me and wife walked away from the hospital without anything saying and we waited two hours for this. As a doctor he should have patience to listen to what the person's complaint is which Dr Venkatraman does not have to my knowledge. Now i am in the end of my wife's treatment not knowing what to do next. ** *********** ** **** ********** ** ******* **** ** **** ****** **** ******* *** ****** *** **** ** *** *****

Happy with: Explanation of the health issueTreatment satisfactionValue for money
The hospital activities are very organized and the staff are disciplined. Diagnosis is done well and unwanted tests are not recommended. Less medicines are prescribed and the doctor clearly explains the condition's cause and treats well. Do's and don'ts are given in printed format clearly. Only negative is the doctor can be little more patient instead of being very strict and friendly to patients and accompanying persons. Can avoid comments on children's behavior.
