We had booked an appointment for 11:15 AM and arrived at the hospital 15 minutes early. However, upon reaching the reception, we were informed that there was no intimation or record of our appointment.

This led to an unexpected delay, and we were only able to meet the doctor at 12:15 PM

The doctor explained everything clearly and my experience with her was good, though there was some waiting at the clinic. Overall, I felt satisfied with the consultation.

(I do not ve any doubt about her caliber, yet). I was going to her since the first month, i conceived. We took scan every time, though the growth was normal. She promised for a normal delivery as the growth and conditions seemed to be normal. But on the last day, when i had pain, we informed her in the evening (5'o clock) about it and she said she'll be at the hospital.First, We went there and waited and waited, the lady did not turn up. Staffs cooked up new stories for her not showing up (some said that she is not well and some said she is at trichy). Why the hell would she ask to come if she cannot handle.. Second, there were no doctors for an hour and finally one assistant Dr came and she said we need to operate immediately... otherwise, it is hard... We agreed. After some time, failing to make arrangements asap, she said "can we wait and try for normal" as they did not have paediatrician, anaesthetists, gyny, even enough nurses at that time... And, they operated only next day morning, that too without Dr.Samundishankari... The funniest thing is that i don't know who did the surgery for me... This 12 hour delayed surgery is supposed to affect my baby's brain and facing several problems *** ******* ** *** ************ *** *******************

Another biggest mistake was a careless injury on baby's head during surgery.. Even after paying sooo much, me and my baby were not guarenteed proper treatment / care... ***** ** ********* *** *** ******** ******** *** *********** I've written elaborately so that nobody else should get affected like me...
