But Pharmacy people didn't understand the pain of the patient and for the past two day am trying to get the wrist brace,one guy is saying it will come tomorrow evening and another saying next day afternoon, other evening. And if we ask there is no updation from your end. he is saying what can i do, that is not my fault.

Nursing care should be improved, systematic nursing procedures are not followed some times.
All the cameras installed should be made HD and I had a bad experience of missing my mobile and no response from the manager in spite that it is clear that one of the ward boy being a suspect. All the movements of the staff and others should be viewable. A separate mail also been send and till time no reply for my loss of mobile. Unnecessary discussion between the staff's to be avoided. Vehicles should be parked giving way for the patients.
