Our son suffered a minor cut on his jaw, and we visited Dhee Hospital for treatment. Initially, we were told that a physician would handle the case, but we were immediately referred to a plastic surgeon. We were asked to wait nearly **2 hours** initially, followed by another **4-hour wait** later in the day before the procedure was finally performed. We were charged **₹8,000** for the treatment and stitches.

At the time of discharge, we were specifically instructed to return in one week for stitch removal.**************** **** ** ***** *** ********** ****** **** ************

After a week, we contacted the hospital multiple times to schedule stitch removal. We were repeatedly told that **Dr. Sameer M. Halageri** was unavailable and that the stitches could only be removed when he was present. We were asked to call around **10:00 AM** to find out whether the doctor would arrive at **10:30 AM*** expecting us to reach the hospital within 30 minutes. For families living across Bangalore, this is simply not practical.

It has now been over a week, and we are still waiting for an appointment just to have the stitches removed. **** *** ****** *********** ****** *** ******* *** *** ******* Follow-up care is an essential part of treatment, and patients should not have to struggle to receive something as routine as stitch removal.

I strongly cannot recommend Dhee Hospital, Kanakapura Road Bangalore. or Dr. Sameer M. Halageri for this type of treatment. Think 100 times before visit them.

We visited the doctor related to my daughter’s foot injury. He was very patient and very curious and spent a good amount of time talking with my daughter about the injury and explained the diagnosis and further treatment. Very effective treatment.

The doctor gives an explanation for his diagnosis. went in for a severe back pain. He just took an X-ray and established that my Spine is fine and treated it with medicine.

Doctor was good but the reception staff are pathetic. Absolutely no knowledge of basic things like billing. Very badly run hospital.
