The sessions were very productive. We worked on many issues lingering with me for a long time. The sessions were fun and helped me improve myself, take a step towards my goals and helped solve my issues through a simple and easy to understand process.

I appreciate how easy it was for me to open up and feel comfortable talking about what's on my mind on the very first appointment . Sessions are always held on time and a reminder is sent a day prior to the session . The sessions I've had were extremely helpful for me , to deal with anxiety . Overall , I'd say I had an amazing and very helpful experience.

A wonderful person, she is amazing at her work. She hears out everything one has to say and very quickly grasps the crux of what is being conveyed without being judgmental or without prejudice. She makes her interactions very meaningful and leaves each session with a message to ponder on and exercises to do. She is an amazing counselor and can be completely trusted to solve any challenge we face. I had some amazing sessions with her and can surely recommend her.
I Really feel heard. 😄I like that I am asked about how I would like to deal with things rather than being told what to do . She does suggest when I have no clue about how I would like to deal with the situation.which is really helpful .
