I consulted Reach Psychiatry over a year ago when I was going through a rough patch in my life. I was referred to Ms. Smitha by Dr. Meena for psychotherapy sessions to treat depression, anxiety, ADHD. During the sessions, Smitha has been insightful in identifying my issues and providing clear and rational explanations. She is very attentive, empathetic and non-judgemental for what I have to say and poses thoughtful questions to make me understand better the issues and myself. She focuses on the root causes of a problem and provides strategies to work with them.

Hi, I visited Reach Psychiatry as I was suffering from depression, anxiety, panic symptoms. I met Dr Meena Gnanasekharan and was referred to Ms Smitha jayanth for therapy. I must say this was the best thing that happened to me since long. The therapy sessions with Smitha were very informative and helped me understand myself. She was able to identify and focus on my thinking process. She uses CBT and other techniques which helped me a great deal. Ms. Smitha is generally patient with me and she’s very good at keeping the energy in the room light in the way that you feel safe and free to talk about whatever is it you’re dealing with.
