I never understood the importance of mental health until I met Garima. I started therapy sessions with her when my self confidence was at an all time low. I was confused about my life ahead. Over time I regained happiness, confidence and positivity. I was unaware of many behavioural patterns and thought processes that I had within me. But, slowly I opened up with Garima and she helped me to understand what I am thinking, where I am wrong and in future how to identify a similar thought process. She has helped me to cope up with many bad memories and experiences. She has given me a completely different perspective about life. I am immensely satisfied with her techniques to address mental health issues. I will highly recommend Garima for any mental health related issue.

Counselling in India is still an hush hush issue. When I did go for it I hid it from everyone my friends my family. But today I am very open about it and I feel everyone dealing with life needs a professional councilors help in one form or other.
