Hi have been seeking therapy from Miss Monisha since 4-5 months now.
Before I started my therapy, I had a lot of fear about everything. Work, family, health everything made me feel stressed. I did not know how to go about my day. I used to procrastinate at work and home. But once I began seeking therapy from Monisha, I see a lot of positive changes in me. I fear less, I am getting better at work, better mood, I have gotten better at communication, I am trying to be more assertive.
All of these changes have helped me a lot. I would definitely recommend Monisha for any mental health related challenges. She quickly understands your problem, makes you aware about your issue and explains in detail about what are the next steps that we should take to tackle it.
She is the only psychologist who I have come across that explains why we need to do certain tasks that we are given by psychologists. How it would help us and we should not be doing something just for the sake of doing it. She is very approachable and compassionate. She does not enforce anything on her patients. She is always open to change her approach of treatment if something is not working.

Dr.Monisha, really takes her time to listen, understand the patient and there by suggest developmental pathways. I've reached out to her in the midst of smoking addiction, depression, complete loss of agency and unfit to handle my relationship with my partner. It has been more than a year and I feel like a completely different person now. I haven't smoked in a year, my relationship has deepened and improved significantly, I've overcome insecurities and childhood parental traumas. None of this would have been possible without the Dr's guidance. I'd highly recommend consulting Dr.Monisha.
I have a hard time connecting with people with my emotions and especially when it comes to counselling. However, out of the many therapists I have tried till now (as dated on 20/02/2023) Monisha would be the one where I have spent the most time with. She was comfortable for me to converse with. I couldn't continue with her after some months and that's only because I opted out of counselling due to personal reasons and commitments. It was a journey for me to remember and certainly she helped me to understand myself and my behaviour. Some of the things she said, still hits me, during the times of crisis and I feel like she has given me something for me to carry on for the next couple of years at least. I am happy to share this experience of getting counselled under Ms. Monisha and have been happy to recommend her to those people who are in need.
