I recently had the opportunity to engage in counselling sessions with Dr. Mithesh Thakkar, and I am pleased to provide this review of my experience.

As someone who was seeking professional help to address certain emotional challenges in marital issues. I thought it was the end of my marriage and my spouse would never change. Though my partner refused to continue sessions I decided to work on myself and surprisingly I could achieve it by taking some strong decisions to change my spouse’s behaviour. Thanks to Dr. Mithesh’s guidance and expertise, my spouse and I have experienced a profound transformation in our relationship. Dr.’s approach to counseling is holistic, taking into account both the emotional and practical aspects of our relationship.Overall, my experience was nothing short of transformative. Through his guidance and support, I have been able to make significant progress in addressing my emotional challenges and developing a healthier mindset. I would highly recommend Dr. Mithesh Thakkar to anyone in need of counselling and recommend holistic counselling to anyone seeking a comprehensive and deeply impactful therapeutic experience.

I was in stress and met Mr.Mitesh, at starting I was litteraly afraid that is it worthy for me or not?how could he help me in my problems? Its not his problem.but after meeting him I felt really good.and my life changes bcz when u expressed ur self then u realize whats wrong I was and amazing experience.Really really recommended.

I was searching carrier counselor for me and just found his name.I like his qualification as a therapist and healer. So I tried that and guys u cant believe I really really like his approach of work. After meeting him I feel confident my self and started my own work ..i m started doing all those works which I left in past due to less confidence and all..Having confidence in own self that is more important and due to him I m here today.. Dr. Mitesh is very patient friendly and his counselling has helped me uncover roots of various behaviour patterns and problems arising because of that for me as a person and also as a couple. He helps you in finding the right words for the emotions you are feeling and hence enable communication. He also teaches you life skills to deal with stressful situations in life. He makes you see the various behaviour patterns and there reason for trigger which helps in driving change positively. I would highly recommend meeting him for any kind of counselling needs.
