I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Trijog, Despite the image they create on their website boasting of a large team, they have failed to deliver on their promises. The entire process has been characterized by delays, ****************** *** * lack of transparency.
After paying a hefty sum for a simple assessment***** ***** *** ****** *****I was assigned a junior therapist. This alone was concerning, as I expected a more qualified individual to handle my case, especially given the cost. The scheduling itself took 10 days and since then, it has been 4 weeks and I still don't have an exact date for when the report will be ready.
*** ****** ******** *** ******** *** **** ********** *************** Every invoice, call, and status update has had errors, and I am constantly met with standard apology notes instead of real solutions or genuine explanation. It feels as though I am the one training the staff on how to handle clients properly.
************* *** **** **** *********** I have had to follow up multiple times just to get a status update, and I receive no proactive information or apologies for the delays. The firm promised a two-week turnaround time for the report, but we are now at four weeks with no end in sight.
In summary, despite spending a significant amount of money* * **** ******** ****** ******* *** ** ********** *********** *********** I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking timely and professional support.
