Forever grateful for first eat right in helping me lose weight. No fancy diet or whey protein. The diet is centred around my daily eating habits and day to day kitchen items. I didn't have to starve myself but eat all my favourite breakfasts but in limited portions including salads and proteins aided by 6km walk everyday which did miracles for my body.
