We were referred to Dr. Vijaykumar for my mother's hysterectomy by Dr. Priyanka Vyshak, Gynecologist and Director of Kanva Diagnostics. Given how much my mother suffered for last 4-5 years, she was very worried about this surgical procedure. But Dr. Vijaykumar went out of his way to help us through the entire process. Right from our first visit to the procedure to our reviews, he and his team of wonderful, emphatic medical and administrative professionals have made this a very stress - free experience. Isn't that what is paramount to patients? Clearly goes on to show they're here for quality patient care and not for money!
Dr. Vijaykumar is undoubtedly the best in his field - a stalwart in his own right. Like I mentioned, my mother was petrified, but he took his time out to ease her through the process. He does not prescribe unnecessary tests, medication or try to hype the procedures beyond what it is. He is very affable, jovial and connects instantly. Thanks to him, my mother recovered well from hysterectomy and she regrets not having it done earlier. The staff at Vardhan Fertility treat every patient like a family member. Very rarely does one find an ensemble that is so selflessly committed.
I could write pages and pages about our excellent experience at Vardhan Fertility Centre. And this holds good for every other patient who visits the centre too. Myself and my family were able to watch the surgery live through monitor. Doctor makes you feel comfortable throughout the process and he is very kind, friendly and polite to the patients.
