I have been struggling with Cervical Spondylosis for more than 4 years now. This time was the 4th relapse. treatment done in previous 3 times was satisfactory and helped me move on with my life. However, the relapses were getting frustrating. Chose to go to Dr. Shilpa after the highly positive reviews. She interacted in a very friendly manner and helped me relax. Her diagnosis was spot on and for the first time in 4 years, a physio could exactly pin point the spots of concern. That gave me a lot of confidence and went ahead with her sessions. The sessions are still going on and there is a significant improvement. What is more important for me is that the exercise routine suggested by her has given me the confidence of a long lasting solution, and hopefully no more relapses. strongly recommended.

I had visited her because I was having numbness in my right hand along with shoulder pain, Neck Pain and back pain.

My experience with her is very good. She is very learned, understands issues very well and explains the root causes in detail. She makes patients comfortable and gives a detailed attention to all the issues. In each therapy session, she had spent enough time which helped me heal faster. I could feel difference after first session only. Apart from sessions, She asked me to do few exercises at home. She also made me understand the focus area of all the exercises which helped me understand more about the impact and also made sure I am doing them right.

I suffer with intermittent episodes of severe cervical pain owing to my long hours working in front of a laptop. I had a particularly intense and painful episode two weeks back and had already been to another physiotherapist who had helped with some TENS, Ultrasonography and exercise but I didn’t have much respite after three days of therapy, that is when I reached out to Dr. Shilpa Shekhar, based on the reviews online. She took my case and gave me a detailed description of my available treatment options. She decided to perform dry needling and I can’t thank her enough. I had to come back for two sessions owing to the intensity of pain but it was all gone at the end of the third day. She has also suggested continued maintenance strengthening exercises which have been helping me immensely since then.

I approached Dr.Shilpa for my backpain (Lumbar) and IFT & Ultra for quick pain relief. She explained me that don't go for shorter & quick relief and explained in detail for the root cause of my problem and motivated & practised me for Long term physio-exercises. In 3 sittings, I relieved of my pain and my standing posture got back and now Iam able to walk 3 - 4 kms daily in the morning & evening.Also practising the regular exercises.

Dr.Shilpa is an experienced Physiotherapist, friendly in her approach, explains problem & solution in detail.

I had severe neck pain with working long hours on laptop.

Neck was frozen and not able to work & no proper sleep.

After consulting Dr. Shilpa shekar, explained me the cause of pain. With proper step by step treatment like dry niddle and cup therapy then pain reduced in 10days. Now I am able to do all works. But we have to be patient while doing dry niddle therapy. It gives long term benefit. And trained me neck and shoulder exercises to get relief. She is very professional and friendly, explains couse and about the therapy that how can reduce the pain.

My father was diagnosed with neuro and ortho related issues. He suffered from shoulder muscle weakness, left hip joint pain, difficulty in getting up and was falling frequently.

Dr Shilpa analyzed the problem very well. She explained the root cause and planned the treatment.

Dr. Shilpa listens patiently to the medical history of the patient. During the course of the treatment, she made sure to check every minute detail of my progress daily. The way she conducted the treatment makes it clear that she knows her stuff very well. Not only did she explain the prescribed exercises in detail, but also taught me their tweaks, and explained the impact of each variation.

Doctor is really kind and treats every patient with full attention. She doesn’t leave patient until she feels they are perfectly fine. I have taken Physiotherapy earlier as well from different specialists but no one till date explained all the cause and tried to resolve from the root. Dr. Shilpa explains every details of the treatment she is giving.

Dr. Shilpa has been very friendly and professional. She understands and listen to your concerns. She helped me get out of my tail bone pain which was bothering me since a long time, with a few sessions at the clinic of Needling and Cupping therapy, home excercise and posture corrections exercise.
