IP Billing/Admission desk does the admission and informs the concerned ward secretary and floor nursing in charge about the patient admission . Direct patients to the ER - Patient is stabilised in the ER and the admission process is initiated after IV cannulation and other process in the ER . Discharge summary is handed over at the time of discharge , in case the patient needs another copy of summary they are requested to write a request letter to the MRD quoting the purpose.
