Cloudnine Fertility - IVF Centre, HRBR Layout

I've been eager to write this review for almost half a year now, though wanted to wait for the birth of our child - who is now a healthy, happy two week old - yay!

I still remember our first visit with Dr Manju - she came across as a strict, get to the point person who we weren't sure we'd consult again. So so glad we did however, since now we consider her a friend, not just a doctor while having the highest regard for her professional skills!

We decided to have kids very late in life (I'm 38 and my husband 40) and decided on interventions since our few months of seriously trying ourselves didn't yeild results, our initial test reports weren't great and we didn't want to wait longer. Dr Manju expertly guided us through various procedures in a manner which was stress free while still getting us the ultimate result of this gorgeious lil kid in our lives now!

We read randomly and research a lot and would go to her with our half baked information, which she always patiently listened to, was aware of the various new trends and would explain the details, probabilities, as well as possible options for us. She would also respond on what's app and always remembered our case and preferences. I love how she tailored her approach from initially telling us the best course of action to also giving us options late with her recommendations realizing that we were the kind of people who wanted to feel in control.

She's got a great staff too - Priya at HRBR reception and Nurse Mira and Kalpana at Airport road branch really stood out, though they were all great!

I did have one hiccup where one injection made a muscle numb for a while, which is rare as I understand, though Dr Manju anticipated and guided it's recovery also! It's just been fabulous to have been in her care!

On the day I was waiting outside the labour room in Cloudnine hospital, HRBR and Every passing minute was feeling like a day. Finally I got my good news from Dr Majula Deepak that we got blessed with a baby Angel boy.

It was a long journey, very well supported and observed under the guidance of best of the best doctors of Cloudnine fertility and Hospitals, Dr Manju Nair and Dr Manjula Deepak.

Have no words to convey my gratitude, how it feels when a long pending wish is fulfilled, words might not be able to show the respect that we want to express for Dr Manju Nair and Dr Manjula Deepak.

After trying many cycles of IUI, we approached Cloudnine fertility for IVF treatment under guidance of Dr Manju Nair and in the very first attempt, it was successful despite the complexities involved at crucial time which was very well taken care by Dr Manju Nair who comes with a long specialized experience of infertility and IVF treatments and procedures. We were then referred to Dr Manjula Deepak for our pregnancy journey and she is such a jolly and caring personality who always keep track of your baby health and developments. She was always supportive and available for her patients all the time whenever needed. It was a great experience with Cloudnine hospitals, even in the crisis time when world is struggling with Virus infections.

Thank You once again to Dr Manju Nair and Dr Manjula Deepak and all Cloudnine Hospitals, HRBR nurses and staff for such a great and supportive time.

We had visited various doctors in Bangalore for our treatment, but there were no results & we ended up wasting considerable amount of time & money for the same.

Our regular Gynecologist doctor suggested us to visit Dr. Manju Nair mam at Cloudnine fertility. We were just impressed the way mam listen's to the whole story & patient's concern. Mam has awesome listening, speaking & behavioral skills along with indeed her fertility experience & treatment which is suggested. *** *** ***** ********* *********** ***** * *********** We were suggested the right treatment considering our history of past treatments & medications taken. The treatment started at the right time & ended per our visits as & when suggested by Mam. We were given the right amount of care during the critical phases of the treatment. Scans & medications were suggested & tweaked per the physical conditions, which i believe is utmost important for the health of the patient. We were just overwhelmed how Manju Mam lightens the whole room with her shear conversation because these treatments are not only expensive but also take a huge toll on patients & there families mental health. We always felt relaxed the way mam used to address each & every concern even if we asked the same question mulitple times, although that sitation hardly arises as Manju mam is so good in the way she explains the treatment process. Not only Manju mam but her staff at Cloudnine fertility is just so awesome & supportive, inspite of huge crowd on weekends the patients are called in the queue & addressed per there concerns. Although the waiting time can be more at times but these treatments do take time & we understand the same. The staff is cherry on the cake indeed. I give a high-five to both Dr. Manju Nair & hospital Staff. Please continue doing the great work of blessing babies to couples. Our wishes are always with you. I am really happy with my consultations with Dr. Arockia at HRBR Cloudnine infertility clinic. I felt extremely comfortable on sharing my thoughts and anxieties about the condition i was going through. Doctor was very patient and was able to guide me in all the questions i had. My treatment went very well, as well as i got conceived with the right guidances, care and support in a short time. After my ectopic pregnancy in 2017, I was unable to conceive. We visited many doctors in last 2.5 years. Thanks to practo, In the month of Nov 2019, we finally got the right doctor. Though my 1st IVF was unsuccessful; our dream finally came true in the 2nd process. Now I am 2months pregnant with twins. No words can express our happiness. we highly recommend Dr. Manju Nair as she is a wonder woman with magical hand and photographic memory. She remembers all her patient along with their medical history. She is very spontaneous and punctual doctor. We thank Dr. Nair and her team members for all their effects & support.

We visited doctor for consultation on double-marker test report which showed increased risk for Trisomy 18. Doctor had clearly explained about the report and the possible cause of increased risk due to PAPP-A harmone levels.

Since double-marker is just a screening test, we had been offered to go for confirmatory test called Amniocentesis. Doctor ensured that we understand about this invasive procedure and associated risks and made us comfort to take a right decision. We really thank and appreciate doctor's counseling and consultation as it really helped to overcome this trauma. Right from the beginning, Manju mam kept everything very clear to us and we were all informed at every stage of the treatment. We went to several places over the last 5-6 years in a hope to become a parent, nothing worked out but after meeting Manju Mam in Cloudnide HRBR, things changed.
